Interaction with and expectations on business partners
We require our business partners to commit to and comply with the Principles for Fair Recruitment of Caregivers, including all underlying principles and codes, as we do. We also expect the same openness, honesty, reliability, integrity, respect and fairness from our business partners that we live by. Similarly, strict compliance with laws, regulations, standards and agreements of the respective countries in which we jointly operate is a basic prerequisite for cooperation. Only by being committed to common values, principles and rules can trusting and sustainable business relationships be developed and our set high quality standards be met. Our business partners also explicitly commit to fully implement the "Employer pays" principle. Medical Hero regularly checks compliance with the above criteria. Business partners who disregard or violate these basic rules and standards cannot work with Medical Hero. Data and information that we exchange with business partners are subject to absolute confidentiality. Contract contents, agreements as well as financial, strategic and organizational arrangements of any kind may not be disclosed to third parties.
Dealing with and expectations on employees
Medical Hero is committed to a transparent selection and hiring process, fair employment conditions and an appropriate working environment in Germany for the recruited foreign employees, which correspond to the assurances given. Foreign employees have the same rights and obligations as their counterparts in Germany and are equally responsible for fulfilling their obligations to their recruiter and/or employer.
Handling Complaints and Conflicts
Medical Hero focuses on managing the entire recruitment process, from initial needs assessment, contract signing, candidate search, employee selection, language training, professional recognition and integration. In the process, complaints or conflicts can always arise in a complex and international environment. Through our forward planning, we manage to prevent most complaints and conflicts by identifying them early and anticipating them. With more than fifteen years of practical experience, we are experts in mediation, conflict resolution and crisis management.
